2021 Black Caviar Lightning Stakes Tips

Black Caviar Lightning Stakes 2021 Best Bet - Bivouac

This superstar sprinter is set for another season on the track with the big goal being some international travel and taking on the world.

His first-up run when last in work was fantastic when caught wide, yet still finding the line well to finish in third spot.

Second-up was an Everest second placing which speaks for itself but he just went to another level third-up, thrashing a quality line up in the VRC Sprint in what was one of the most arrogant wins I have seen on a race track.

I have always had my doubts over this horse, wondering if he is a genuine freak, and I am now in the corner that he is the world's best sprinter, especially down a straight.

Black Caviar Lightning Stakes 2021 Next Best Bet - Nature Strip

Jamie Kah, Australia's best jockey could be the answer to the enigma that is Nature Strip.

The 2020 TJ Smith winner and one-time Everest favourite has been trialling like a bomb (as he usually does) but went super down the straight with Kah on board.

He was the red hot favourite for this race last year and did fail when simply going way too hard in front.

Bivouac has had his measure throughout the last prep, but over 1000m, this is where Nature Strip could get one on the board against him before he is at his absolute top.

Black Caviar Lightning Stakes 2021 Value Bet - Fabergino

This mare of course needs to rise, but she has really hit her straps over the Summer and deserves another crack at the top level.

She is a great straight track horse, winning with big weights and simply proving the superior athlete.

Fabergino is in-from and although has been up for pretty much the whole spring and summer, she has been kept fresh which why we keep seeing her perform to her best.

If she finds a good track, and can get to the races in one piece, I am not expecting her to win, but she will give a bold sight for the most of this contest.
