After Cheltenham's traditional New Years' Day meeting was abandoned, the BHA has managed to slot a few of the main races we lost that day into Saturday's ITV racing coverage. The Dipper Novices' Chase will be run at Wincanton for the first time, while the Relkeel Hurdle will take place at Kempton Park.

We take a look through Relkeel Hurdle odds and the form, before picking out our best bet.

Topping the market we find McFabulous, who announced his intentions for the upcoming campaign with a bloodless victory in the Persian War Novices' Hurdle.

Paul Nicholls' charge was then backed into favouritism over both Thyme Hill and Paisley Park in the Long Distance Hurdle, but Harry Cobden's mount ran out of steam a little in the closing stages of that three-miler, and was outstayed by two superior rivals.

Last year's winner, Summerville Boy returns to defend his crown, having made all to beat Roksana 12 months ago. Tom George's nine-year-old beat both Thomas Darby and Call Me Lord on his reappearance at Aintree, before finishing fourth in the Long Distance Hurdle and fifth back down over two miles in the International Hurdle.

Younevercall ran a good race in the Long Walk Hurdle, making the running before being passed by Paisley Park, Thyme Hill and Roksana on the run to the last. Kim Bailey's ten-year-old is a two-time course-and-distance winner, but both of those runs came in handicaps, and I don't think he offers particularly good value at his current price.

Thomas Darby beat future two-time Grade Two winner, Song For Someone over this trip on heavy ground at Ascot last season, when giving his rival seven-pounds at the weights. Olly Murphy's star ran a decent race on his return to action at Aintree behind Song For Someone, and switching the race to a flat right-handed track will suit him well.

2020 Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle winner, Indefatigable drops down in tip, having been beaten in a Listed race over three miles last time out. Botox Has could step up in distance for the first time, having failed to impress on his last start in the Gerry Feilden Handicap at Newbury.

Call Me Lord has dropped nine pounds down the handicap since winning the 2019 International Hurdle, but Nicky Henderson's charge does love heavy ground, and stepping back up in trip won't be a bother. On The Blind Side has shown a resurgence in form this term, but both of those runs came in handicaps over three miles, and I can't see him having much of an impact in this Grade Two.

While I still think Summerville Boy - who would have been my selection if the race had gone ahead at Cheltenham - is a good value bet, and Thomas Darby currently sits at an appealing price, switching this race to Kempton only helps MCFABULOUS.

Paul Nicholls' seven-year-old bolted up in the Grade Three Handicap Hurdle over course-and-distance back in March, before going on to win the Persian War on his reappearance. McFabulous didn't run badly at Newbury in the Long Distance Hurdle, he was simply outstayed by two out-and-out three-milers.

A lack of experience around Cheltenham, combined with a poor previous run on heavy ground put me off Harry Cobden's mount in my original Relkeel Hurdle Tips. However, Two-miles-five-furlongs around Kempton - on ground which won't be any softer than soft - is ideal for McFabulous, who's certainly the most progressive hurdler left in the field.

McFabulous benefits greatly from this race being switched to Kempton, and I simply cannot see Paul Nicholls' progressive seven-year-old getting beat.
