ITV Racing Tips - Saturday 24th July

Race 1 - Princess Margaret Keenland Stakes Tips

Fancied horses have an excellent record in this Group Three, so I've got no problems siding with SYSTEM, who beat Desert Dreamer when they met in the Empress Fillies' Stakes during the July Meeting.

Both started slowly and had to make their challenge from the rear. Whereas Desert Dreamer sliced through the centre of the field, System had to swerve right and circumnavigate the pack, hitting the line hard to win by a neck. I expect Richard Hannon's filly will frank that form given a clear passage, and System looks the one to beat.

Race 2 - Jump Jockeys’ Nunthorpe Tips

Paul Midgley has won two of the three runnings of this handicap, and I fancy an each-way punt on the third-best of his five runners, NIBRAS AGAIN

Jonathan England's mount has finished a close second the last twice, running up to RPRs of 81 and 82 off this very mark. Josh Moore rode Nibras Again to victory in this race in 2019, and he can go very well again at a good price.

Race 3 - Porsche Handicap Tips

FANTASTIC FOX appeals most here, having finished a close third behind Snow Lantern and Derab on her reappearance, before an emphatic maiden win at Hamilton.

Roger Varian's colt was far too keen when upped in trip at Royal Ascot. A mile on fast ground will be much more suitable, and Silvestre De Sousa has just 8-13 to shoulder.

Race 4 - Dash Handicap Tips

It's been a while since TYPHOON TEN has won, but Richard Hannon's five-year-old has been running well since, placing second or third on eleven times in 17 starts since that victory. Last time at Newmarket, Typhoon Ten stumbled badly after leaving the stalls and pulled hard after that, but was still good enough to finish fourth.

Andrea Atzeni's mount has been dropped a pound to 88, despite clocking an RPR of 92 at Newmarket. He's certainly capable of winning off this mark, and a low draw has proven advantageous in this race over the past few decades.

Race 5 - International Stakes Tips

Motakhayyel dominates the betting after that fantastic win in the Bunbury Cup. I just can't bring myself to back a 5/1 shot in a race that has historically favoured those at longer odds, so I'm going to take an each-way gamble on the consistent LORD RAPSCALLION.

Stuart Williams' charge has placed on all of his last five turf starts, including a fourth-place finish in the Buckingham Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot. Hollie Doyle's mount stayed on well for third in the Bunbury Cup last time out, and runs again off the same mark. Being drawn down in 18 is a huge plus to his chances too.

Race 6 - York Stakes Tips

ARMORY has danced many big dances for Aidan O'Brien over the last three years. Seamie Heffernan's mount has placed four times at the highest level, and was only beaten a length-and-a-half behind Love in the Prince Of Wales's Stakes last time out.

Away from Group One level, Armory has won all of his last five starts, almost a stone to a dangerous three-year-old in Mohaafeth, but I think Armory will be up to the task.
