What a weekend of racing we have to look forward to this weekend. Saturday's ITV Racing coverage features a Grade Two from Sandown, and two top races from Leopardstown on day one of their Dublin Racing Festival.
We also have a couple of strong races to enjoy from Musselburgh, along with the rescheduled runnings of the Cotswold Chase and the Cleeve Hurdle.

DOLOS beat First Flow in this race 12 months ago, when giving his rival almost two stone at the weights. Since then, First Flow has progressed into a Grade One winner, and Dolos has only managed three fourth-place finishes.
Those defeats mean Paul Nicholls' chaser returns to Sandown just one-pound higher in the handicap, and I doubt whether there's a horse with First Flow's potential lurking at the bottom of the weights. He should be good enough to win.
After a real head-scratcher in the opener, this Grade One seems much more straight-forward. CHACUN POUR SOI should be good enough to defend his crown.
Willie Mullins' star handed Min a sound thrashing when they clashed here last year. Chacun Pour Soi has impressed on both his starts so far this season, and should carry a third win into the 2021 Champion Chase.

Angus Cheleda has won with five of his eight rides over hurdles for Paul Nicholls this season. He takes seven-pounds off the back of CHRISTOPHER WOOD, who's very hard to look past at the head of the market.
Nicholls' six-year-old is a course-and-distance winner, having bolted up by 11-lengths in a handicap here 12 months ago. Christopher Wood finished second to Supreme Novices' Hurdle entrant, Cadzand at Kempton last time out, where he beat Torigni by a couple of lengths.
Cheleda's mount was giving Torigni nine pounds that day, and the gap between the market leaders is just three pounds this weekend. At 9/2, Christopher Wood looks a fantastic bet.
Race 5 - Cotswold Chase Tips
Santini and Bristol De Mai, who fought out the finish in this race at Cheltenham last year, both make the trip to Sandown on Saturday. As do Native River and Saint Calvados, who will be looking to enhance their Gold Cup claims.

MAIN FACT'S incredible winning run came to an end in the Long Walk Hurdle at Ascot. Fergus Gillard tried to sit a little closer to the leaders in that Grade One, but was outpaced turning in and faded badly.
Although this is still a Grade Two, it's a much weaker race than what he faced at Ascot. Gillard can take his customary position at the rear of the field, and Main Fact has won both of his starts here at Wetherby coming from off the pace.

I really like the chances of EVANDER, who bolted up to win a Doncaster two starts ago. Oliver Greenhall's charge looked beaten a long way out at Wincanton last time out, but battled all the way home to finish second behind the classy Capeland.
Evander won on soft ground at Sedgefield last season, so the going isn't that much of a worry. Alan John's mount is only one-pound higher in the handicap, and remains open to further progression.
Ask Me Early has been impressive on his last two starts and warrants plenty of respect. I, however, would rather back KILTEALY BRIGGS, who's jumped very nicely on both his chase starts to date.
Jamie Snowden started his mount off over two miles at Carlisle, and Kiltealy Briggs was only beaten a length. He then made the running in the Noel Novices' Chase at Ascot, and finished third behind two rivals rated in the 150s.
Based on his novice hurdles form, three miles was always going to be his sort of trip over fences, and an opening handicap mark of 140 doesn't seem too harsh.

I quite like the chances of SAINT XAVIER, who began this season running in the Charlie Hall Chase at Wetherby. Richard Hobson's nine-year-old then fell at Haydock, and his jumping was very tentative on his next start at Chepstow, where he had to be pulled up.
Saint Xavier jumped and travelled much better at Kempton, he was simply outpaced during the final quarter of the race and had to battle hard to finish fourth. Slower ground over this extended trip should really suit.
