The third and final day of Lingfield's Winter Millions meeting looks set to go ahead on Sunday, following a positive update from organisers on Saturday afternoon.

Day one of this valuable meeting was cancelled due to frozen ground on Friday, meaning attendees will enjoy a bolstered racecard on day three, where well over £500k of prize money will be handed out across the nine races.

We've taken a look through the card at Lingfield on Sunday and picked out our best betting tips

Lingfield Tips - Sunday 22nd January

Race 2 - Novices' Handicap Hurdle Tips

Four of the five leading contenders in this contest will be making their handicap debut, including TWINJETS, who has bounced back from a poor hurdles debut at Cheltenham with back-to-back victories.

Milton Harris' rising star jumped left when winning around Leicester, but was much more assured over his obstacles at Plumpton last time out, where Twinjets saw out two-and-a-half miles well to win by nine lengths under a penalty. Harry Cobden's mount is three-from-three on soft ground and this opening handicap mark of 121 looks highly workable.

Race 4 - Novices' Hurdle Tips

Three miles on heavy ground is going to take some getting. One runner with proven stamina is WELL DICK, who won a point-to-point on heavy ground before joining Charlie Longsdon.

Well Dick was sent straight over three miles on his hurdles debut, finishing a close second behind Paul Nicholls' Making'yourmindup. Brian Hughes' mount then opening his account with a hard-fought victory at Uttoxeter and he should relish this test of stamina.

Race 5 - Fleur De Lys Chase Tips

TWO FOR GOLD saw off Dashel Drasher and Bristol De Mai in a thrilling finish to the inaugural running of this contest 12 months ago and Kim Bailey's ten-year-old has a fantastic chance of regaining his crown on Sunday.

David Bass' mount followed last year's victory with an excellent runner-up finish behind Fakir D'Oudairies in the Ascot Chase and ran well on his only start so far this term, finishing fifth under 12-00 in the Grand Sefton. Two For Gold will only carry two pounds more than last year, and the defending champion will be getting weight from three of his main rivals.

Race 6 - Sussex National Tips

I'm quite surprised to see DON HERBAGER sitting so far adrift of favourite Coolvalla in the Sussex National betting. Venetia Williams' nine-year-old has done all of his winning on soft or heavy ground, he's a former course winner here at Lingfield and he won over this 3m5f trip at Bangor in February.

Don Herbager ran a bizarrely impressive race at Exeter 12 days ago, staying on to place fourth having looked well beaten at the half-way stage. Charlie Deutsch's mount looks set for a big run.

Race 7 - Cheltenham Festival Betting Guide Hurdle Tips

A winner of a handicap at this meeting last year, I'm expecting METIER to run well in this high-quality handicap.

Harry Fry's charge looked out of his depth in the Christmas Hurdle at Kempton, where he was pulled up well before the end. This drop in class, combined with a step up in trip should really suit this powerful traveller. Plus, Metier is unbeaten in four starts on heavy ground since joining Harry Fry, so ground conditions will certainly be to his advantage.
