Day three at Cheltenham opens with the Turners Novices' Chase. Irish horses have dominated this Grade One since its inception in 2011 and two of Ireland's finest prospects top the betting for this year's renewal.

Let's take a look through the latest Turners Novices' Chase betting and run through the headline entries.

2022 Turners Novices' Chase Entries

Bob Olinger powered to a superb victory in the Ballymore Novices' Hurdle last season. Henry De Bromhead's star has won both his starts over hurdles since then and Betfair list the unbeaten Bob Olinger as their even-money favourite.

Galopin Des Champs also scored at last year's Cheltenham Festival and is two-from-two over fences. The Brown Advisory Chase looked the natural choice, but after Willie Mullins said a clash with Bob Olinger over this shorter trip was likely, Galopin Des Champs has been cut into second-favoritism.

Venetia Williams will throw her Scilly Isles Chase winner, L'Homme Presse in with the two Irish juggernauts. Bravemansgame, Blue Lord and Haut En Couleurs also sit prominently in the betting, but it's unlikely we'll see any of them on day three of the Cheltenham Festival.

Likely runners in the Turners Novices' Chase include Willie Mullins' duo of Jungle Boogie and Gaillard Du Mesnil, Gavin Cromwell's Gabynako and Donald McCain's Minella Drama.
