Following on from the Baring Bingham and the Brown Advisory on Ladies' Day at Cheltenham is the Coral Cup. This handicap hurdle is run over the same trip as the Baring Bingham, and has been won in controversial fashion the last two years by Langer Dan.

Here's the latest Coral Cup betting and a look at the most likely runners.

With the two-time defending champion, Langer Dan unlikely to run in this year's Coral Cup, Dan Skelton could pin his hopes to Be Aware, who has placed in the Greatwood and the Ladbrokes Handicap Hurdle so far this season. Another fancied runner is Martin Brassil's novice James's Gate, who needs one more run to qualify for a non-novice handicap at the Festival.

Willie Mullins will need to get another run into Kitzbuhel, who bolted up in a good race at Punchestown on his Irish debut. Second-season novice, Supersundae could represent Mullins in this handicap, as could Storm Heart, who went close on his fifth hurdles outing at the Dublin Racing Festival.

Ben Pauling and Ben Jones could team up with recent Ascot winner, Fiercely Proud. Nicky Henderson's Impose Toi also sits prominently in the betting, along with Henry De Bromhead's experienced hurdler, Ballyadam.

Other potential runners on day two of the Cheltenham Festival include Willie Mullins' Ethical Diamond, Gordon Elliott's novice The Enabler, Guard The Moon for Nigel Twiston-Davies, and Paul Nicholls' handicapper, Kabral Du Mathan.
