Lucky Sweynesse tops the market for this Group One, following an impressive victory in the six-furlong Centenary Sprint Cup back in February. Wellington renews rivalries with the market leader, having finished third in the Centenary Sprint Cup here at Sha Tin, and he'll be ridden by top jockey Ryan Moore.
Zac Purton will ride California Spangle, one of just a handful of horses to have beaten the great Golden Sixty. Damien Lane rides Waikuku for John Size, with Blake Shinn on the second of Size's runners, Courier Wonder.

Zac Purton has decided to ride California Spangle over favourite Lucky Sweynesse. Purton's mount is more of a miler, but he must feel that California Spangle has enough speed to deal with this drop in trip and he's likely to make the running from stall one.
I'm hoping that Ryan Moore will be celebrating his second Grade One victory of the weekend, having ridden Dubai Honour to victory in the Ranvet Stakes in Australia on Saturday morning.
Moore will dash over to Sha Tin to ride WELLINGTON, who ran out an impressive winner of this contest 12 months ago. On the only other occasion that Moore and Wellington have teamed up, they claimed ran superb winner of the Hong Kong Sprint, emphatically beating Lucky Sweynesse in the process.
That form was reversed in the Centenary Sprint Cup, but Wellington ran a valiant race in defeat. I'm hoping the return of Ryan Moore will spark a return to winning for Ricahrd Gibson's six-year-old.
Verdict
Ryan Moore will be high on confidence following a Group One winner in Australia on Saturday and he'll fancy his chances on defending champion Wellington.
