2024 Galway Plate Entries

Topping the market for Wednesday's main event is Perceval Legallois, who was last seen placing second in a big handicap at the Punchestown Festival. JP McManus' colours could also be carried by Harry Fry's raider In Excelsis Deo, an impressive Grade Two winner during Cheltenham's April meeting.

Henry De Bromhead has two runners sitting prominently in the market, with Amirite sitting just ahead of Lets Go Champ. Willie Mullins and Rich Ricci could be represented by both Horantzau D'airy and Mister Policeman.

Mullins has also handed entries to former Grade One winner, Saint Roi and last year's runner-up, Authorized Art. 2023 winner, Ashtree Meadow - who'll carry top weight if confirmed - could be joined in the field by stablemates Zanahiyr, Tullybeg and Duffle Coat.

Other possible runners include Noel Meade's pair of Idas Boy and Pinkerton, Moonovercloon for Matt Smith, Joseph O'Brien's Solness, and two further Henry de Bromhead runners in Toss Again and Life In The Park.
