Like the Coral-Eclipse Stakes in the UK, the Pretty Polly provides three-year-olds a first opportunity to tackle their older rivals at the highest level. Above The Curve claimed a one-length victory in the Prix Saint-Alary on her most recent outing at Longchamp and Joseph O'Brien's filly will have a 12-pound weight-for-age allowance on her side too.

Sitting second in the market is La Petite Coco, who progressed rapidly following the move to Paddy Twomey's yard last season. Twomey's recruit has won four of her last five starts and was last seen holding off Love to land the Blandford Stakes during Irish Champions Weekend.

Ed Walker could throw surprise Prix d'Ispahan winner, Dreamloper into the Pretty Polly mix. William Haggas has handed entries to runaway Rothesay Stakes winner My Astra, and talented three-year-old Purplepay, who bolted up in the Prix de Sandringham last time out.

Aidan O'Brien, who has only managed to win five of the last 15 renewals of this Group One, could be represented by Oaks fourth Concert Hall, along with fellow three-year-olds History and Lily Pond. Tranquil Lady and Agartha could join stablemate Above The Curve in the field on Sunday.

Johnny Murtagh's Lyrical Poetry, David Simcock's Ad Infinitum and Paddy Twomey's second string, Rosscarbery also feature in the Curragh betting.
