Protektorat finished second to L'Homme Presse in this race 12 months ago, before going on to win the Ryanair Chase. Dan Skelton's ten-year-old travels to Windsor as the favourite to win Sunday's renewal, following a runner-up finish in the Peterborough Chase last time out.

Fellow ten-year-old, Pic D'Orhy sits second in the market, and he'll be using Sunday's contest as a warm-up for the defence of his Ascot Chase crown. Venetia Williams watched Djelo thrashed Protektorat when landing the Peterborough Chase and he steps up beyond two-and-a-half miles for the first time.

Journey With Me has been entered by Henry De Bromhead and should be suited by the trip and ground conditions. The most interesting entrant is Indiana Dream, who earned a rating of 152 after just three career starts for Willie Mullins and could make his debut for Jonjo & AJ O'Neill this weekend.

Lucinda Russell has entered her star chaser Ahoy Senor, despite an awful performance in the Betfair Chase in November. Paul Nicholls could be further represented by former Grade One winner Stage Star, with Gary & Josh Moore likely to team up with last year's Henry VIII Novices' Chase winner, Le Patron.

Gordon Elliott did tease the idea of Gerri Colombe making the trip to Windsor, but Fil Dor looks to be his most likely representative. Seam Mullins' ten-year-old, Tommie Beau rounds off the Windsor betting.
