Quality filly Magical has suffered a set back in preparation for Friday's Epsom Oaks.
The Aidan O'Brien-trained three-year-old will need to pass a late fitness test after requiring filler for a nick on her joint suffered at track work.
Magical is 6/1 behind Wild Illusion in the betting markets and Aidan O'Brien will make a decision in the coming days.
"She just gave herself a little bit of a tip on the inside of her joint this morning," O'Brien.
"There was a little bit of filling in it this morning but it scanned perfect and we’re going to make a decision about her in the morning.
"The filling has to be gone out of it in the morning and we’re cooling it at the moment.
"Hopefully it will be gone and if it is there won’t be a problem."
There is also concerns surrounding Sea Of Class, which is the current third favourite with bookmakers.
Trainer William Haggas is only 50 percent sure whether the filly will start in the Epsom Classic on Friday due to the track conditions.
"I'm not sure Sea Of Class will run, even now. I'm 50-50, I don't know really," Haggas told Racing UK.
"We said we will decide tomorrow morning, and that is what we will do."
If both runners are to miss the Epsom Oaks, bettors should expect Wild Illusion to be the odds-on overwhelming favourite.
