Fairview racecourse hosts a rare midweek meeting today, with the first race set to go off at 10:25am (UK Time). To help you try and find a few winners, here are Magic Tips' South African Horse Racing selections for today.

Fairview Tips - Tuesday 4th February

Race 2 - SHEETS AND GOGGLES (1)

SHEETS AND GOGGLES hails from the visiting Candice Bass-Robinson stable. She was a beaten odds-on favourite in her last start over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight drops back to 1200m and if taking to the polytrack, she can shed her maiden tag.

Race 3 - LADY SILVANO (2)

LADY SILVANO’S last three starts have been good. She finished second in the Non-Black Type Lady’s Bracelet last time. The daughter of Bold Silvano won her penultimate outing over this C&D. Craig Zackey steps back into the saddle and she may be the one to side with.

Race 5 - SEPTEMBER FLOWER (1)

SEPTEMBER FLOWER won a good race in her last start over 1300m on this course. She set the pace and found more where it matters most. The daughter of One World should have no issues with the rise to 1600m and can follow up with another victory.

Race 6 - ROLL OF THE DICE (3)

ROLL OF THE DICE is better than his last start over 1900m on this course. It must be noted that the form of that outing has been franked. He won his local debut effort over this C&D by over six lengths. Chad Little is likely to use his early gate speed to get across without using up too much energy, and he may be hard to peg back.

Race 7 - YOU WIN AGAIN (2)

YOU WIN AGAIN was not disgraced when second against stronger company in her last start over 1300m on this course. She won her only attempt over this C&D, three runs ago. The daughter of Twice Over is the stable elect with Richard Fourie in the saddle and she should notch up her fifth-career victory.
