Fairview Tips - Friday 7th February
Race 2 - CLIFF TOP (2)
CLIFF TOP is better than his last start in the Non-Black Type Fairview Merchants. He has won three times, finished second twice and third twice from nine starts over this distance. With racing fitness on his side, he may be the one to beat.
Race 3 - SEEKING THE LIFE (4)
SEEKING THE LIFE ran a good race when second in a work riders race over 1200m on this course last time. He raced from just off the pace and rallied late. Muzi Yeni is booked to ride and if confirming his recent improvement, he may be the one to beat in this field.
Race 6 - FLASH LIGHTNING (2)
FLASH LIGHTNING was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over 1600m on this course. The son of Visionaire won his only attempt over this C&D. He meets a similar field this afternoon. He is likely to be settled near the rear of the field from the widest draw and will be mowing down the frontrunners.
Race 7 - IGNITETHELIGHT (2)
IGNITETHELIGHT ran a good race when second in the Non-Black Type Aloe Stakes last time. It must be noted that Splicethemainbrace has come out and won again since. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight will strip a much fitter horse. If taking to the turf course, she should take a power of beating.
Race 8 - WHATEVER NEXT (3)
WHATEVER NEXT was an easy winner of his last start over this distance on the polytrack. He raced from a handy position, quickened up well and drew off late. The 6yo gelding is in a good space and he can follow up with another victory.

Ignitethelight (Race 7) is Magic Tips' best bet of the day at Fairview on Friday.
