Marie's Rock handed Nicky Henderson his first victory in the Mares' Hurdle when she defeated Queens Brook over this distance back in March. Nico De Boinville's mount then beat Stormy Ireland and Epatante in the equivalent race at Punchestown and Marie's Rock is favourite to make a winning reappearance on Sunday.
Greatwood Handicap winner, I Like To Move It and Elite Hurdle victor, Knappers Hill sit prominently in the betting. Both had been due to run in the International Hurdle here at Cheltenham, but will now step up to two-and-a-half-miles after that race was canceled.
Rex Dingle will ride Jeremy Scott's hardy front-runner Dashel Drasher, with Aidan Coleman confirmed in the saddle of Brewin'Upastorm. Gary Moore could run Botox Has. Alan King's Tritonic and Dan Skelton's Langer Dan complete a high-quality field.
