When is the 2024 Ebor Festival?

The 2024 Ebor Festival starts on Wednesday 21st August, and ends with Ebor day on Saturday 24th August in 2023.

What is the Ebor Festival?

The Ebor Festival is a horse racing meeting staged in Britain during the summer. The Ebor Festival is massively popular with flat racing fans, and draws capacity crowds to York racecourse for each of the four days.

What races are run during the Ebor Festival?

Three Group One races take place during the Ebor Festival. They are the Juddmonte International Stakes, the Yorkshire Oaks and the Nunthorpe Stakes. The fourth and final day is headlined by the Ebor Handicap, one of the richest flat handicaps in Europe.

Which horses will run at the 2024 Ebor Festival?

Live In The Dream ran out a brilliant winner of the Nunthorpe in 2023 and Adam West's first Group One winner will likely return to defend his crown next season. Paddington, King Of Steel and Auguste Rodin could clash in the 2023 Juddmonte International Stakes, while fillies who impress in the Epsom and Irish Oaks will often go on to run in the Yorkshire Oaks.
