A week before the British Derby will be run at Epsom, French racing's equivalent of that famous Classic takes place at Chantilly. A talented field of colts from around Europe will enter the stalls ahead of Sunday's Prix du Jockey Club, which was first held at Chantilly in the 1830s, and it's one of Aidan O'Brien's best three-year-olds who heads the early market.

Here's the latest betting for the 2025 Prix du Jockey Club, and a look at the headline entrants.

2026 Prix du Jockey Club Runners

Constitution River tops the betting for Sunday's feature at Chantilly. Aidan O'Brien's star was backed for the Epsom Derby following his trial victory at Chester, but France could still be the plan for this talented Group Two winner.

Aidan O'Brien will also saddle second-favourite Hawk Mountain, who won the Futurity Trophy last term and returned to action with a Group Three victory here at Chantilly. Endorsement and Montreal could also represent Ballydoyle, along with Christmas Day, Dorset and Flushing Meadows.

Francis Graffard's Daryzan impressed on his debut at Saint Cloud earlier this month, and sits closest to the two O'Brien runners at the head of the market. Karl Burke's Hankelow finished third on his reappearance in the French 2000 Guineas, and will step up in trip at Chantilly on Sunday.

Andre Fabre's Komorebi will also move up to ten furlongs after a runner-up finish behind Rayif in the Poulains. Mikel Delzangles will be doubly represented, with Prix Greffulhe winner Alam and Listed winner Dolmalan both sitting prominently in the market.

A Boy Named Susie remains a possible runner for Donnacha O'Brien. Other likely challengers include French Guineas fifth Elastic, Andre Fabre's second-string Segall, and German raiders Peace Of Japan and Gostam.
