Racing Insider Betting Tips

Horse racing takes place on practically every day on the calendar, except for Christmas Day, of course. Whenever there is horse racing to cover, we'll publish a range of free betting tips on our website.

We cover every major horse racing Festival taking place around the world. Whether it's over jumps at the Cheltenham Festival, Aintree or Punchestown, on the flat at Ascot or Flemington, or on the dirt at Churchill Downs or Meydan, we'll have all the big races covered!

ITV Racing Tips

Every Saturday afternoon, top-quality horse racing is broadcast live on ITV Racing. During the major UK and Irish race meetings, ITV Racing might be scheduled during the week, and even on a Sunday.

Whenever horse racing takes place on the ITV main channel or one of ITV's sister channels, we'll publish our ITV Racing tips.

Through-The-Card Tips

During global horse racing festivals like Royal Ascot, the Punchestown Festival and the Breeders' Cup, we'll publish through-the-card tips. These articles focus on an entire card at one selected racetrack, and we'll provide our best bet in each race taking place that day.

Ante-Post Tips

Betting markets for huge races like the Grand National, the Melbourne Cup and the Epsom Derby are open well before the date of the race. We often take a look through the markets for future races and publish our ante-post tips, highlighting horses we feel offer the most amount of value at the time the tip was published.

UK Racing Tips

In our UK Racing Tips section, we have dedicated category pages for all the major Grade One races. We'll also publish through-the-card tips for both days of Kempton's Christmas Festival, and a range of ante-post and regular tips for the Aintree Grand National.

Our bet of the day article features our daily horse racing NAP. A NAP is the horse a tipster thinks has the best chance of winning, or the horse he feels offers the most amount of value. The term NAP comes from the card game Napoleon, where the best had in the game was referred to as the NAP hand.

How do you pick your tips?

Our experts analyse any number of statistics before coming up with their tips. They look through the form, analyse stable and jockey form, look at the speed figures, and take things like track characteristics and betting patterns into account before publishing their tips.
