Santa Anita Tips - Sunday 4th October

Seven Grade One races will be run across Keeneland, Belmont Park, Woodbine and Santa Anita tonight, and all seven will offer valuable Breeders' Cup clues to viewers.

Belmont Park Tips - Saturday 3rd October

8:53pm Champagne Stakes

An open Group One. RAKU comes here in good form and merit of last effort was underpinned by the clock and looks the one to get on board with. Gaudreau has the rider for the big occasion up and appeals as best of the remainder.

9:31pm Frizette Stakes

VELORA looks the clear pick at the weights and is up to winning this. Libby Lloyd scored by a wide margin last time and should go close too. Dotsy is likely to be in the mix as well.

Keeneland Tips - Saturday 3rd October

9:44pm First Lady Stakes

This doesn't look the deepest Group One. SEGESTA has an excellent strike rate at this track and should give backers a good run for their money. Classic Q could hardly have a better rider aboard and should give a good account too. Expensive Queen is another who is entitled to a second look.

10:16pm Breeders' Futurity Stakes

PHONE BOOTH was a runner-up last time out at Del Mar 27 days ago. Looks to hold an outstanding chance on the figures. Coach Pope clocked a good time on latest start and appeals as best of the rest.

10:48pm Coolmore Turf Mile Stakes

RHETORICAL is ridden by one of the best in the business in Irad Ortiz Jnr and should make a bold show.

Woodbine Tips - Saturday 3rd October

10:30pm Woodbine International Tips

PURVIEW has a decent chance on these terms and would seem to have the best prospects. Ancient Egypt comes here in a very good vein of form and appeals most of the remainder. Arabian Crown also needs a closer look.

Santa Anita Tips - Sunday 4th October

00:04am American Pharoah Stakes

An open Group One. HUGHES looks the clear pick at the weights and jumps out as the one to beat. Net Par has a top jockey booked and looks second best.
