2025 Turners Novices' Hurdle Entries

Two British horses top the market for this year's Turners, having landed Grade Ones over Christmas. The market leader is Dan Skelton's The New Lion, who was snapped up for £1m by JP McManus following his impressive triumph in the Challow Hurdle at Newbury.

Nigel Twiston-Davies' watched Potters Charm land the Formby Novices' Hurdle at Aintree, and is eager to step his stable star back up in trip at Cheltenham. The other Grade One winner in Wednesday's line-up will be Gordon Elliott's The Yellow Clay, who made is four wins over hurdles in a row when landing the Lawlor's Of Naas.

Willie Mullins' Turners horse for 2025 is yet to be decided. Kopek Des Bordes and Kaid d'Authie will meet in the two-mile Grade One at the Dublin Racing Festival. Final Demand, who heads the market for the Albert Bartlett, will carry a short price into the Nathaniel Lacy over 2m6f at Leopardstown.

Henry De Bromhead could be represented by Koktail Divin, who followed Kaid d'Authie home in a maiden hurdle at Leopardstown over Christmas. Willie Mullins, meanwhile, has handed further entries to Champion Bumper winner Jasmin De Vaux, as well as Kappa Jy Pyke, Irancy, Kel Histoire, Kiss Will and Supersundae.
