The 2025 Yorkshire Oaks is set to be an exhilarating race at the Ebor Festival, featuring the headlining Yorkshire Oaks, where older horses can compete against three-year-olds. Leading the pack is Minnie Hauk, a standout from Aidan O'Brien's stable, aiming to break the drought for Epsom Oaks winners at York. Other notable contenders include David O'Meara's Estrange, chasing a seasonal hat-trick, and Ed Walker's Qilin Queen, fresh from her Group Two victory in France. As various talented runners prepare for a competitive race, anticipation builds for this thrilling event.

The second day of York's Ebor Festival is headlined by the Yorkshire Oaks. Unlike the Epsom and Irish Oaks, older horses can take on the three-year-olds in this Group One, but it's still one of the Classic generation that dominates this betting heat.

Let's take a look through the latest Yorkshire Oaks betting and run through the headline entries.

2025 Yorkshire Oaks Entries

It's been four years since the Epsom Oaks winner struck at York. Minnie Hauk will be looking to end that wait. Aidan O'Brien's star held of future two-time Group One winner Whirl to claim Classic glory at Epsom, but underwhelmed a little when completing the British and Irish Oaks double at the Curragh.

Sitting closest to the market leader is David O'Meara's Estrange, who'll be looking to complete a seasonal hat-trick following wins in the Pinnacle Stakes and Lancashire Oaks. Ed Walker will be represented by Qilin Queen, following her Group Two win out in France last month.

Aidan O'Brien has entered Whirl, but she seems more like to remain over ten furlongs. French raider Aventure has been entered too, but she'll likely head to the Prix Vermeille before returning to the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Waardah could make her Group One debut after scoring in the Lillie Langtry Stakes. Ribblesdale winner, Garden Of Eden could potentially represent Ballydoyle, along with Prix de Diane runner-up, Bedtime Story.

You Got To Me finished second in this race 12 months ago, but finished last on her sole four-year-old outing so far in the Coronation Cup. Other potential runners include Sunly for Francis Graffard, and Sir Mark Prescott's former French runner, Tasmania.
