One of the highlights of the British sporting summer kicks off on Tuesday, as Glorious Goodwood 2024 gets off to a flyer. Kyprios leads the field into this year's Goodwood Cup, with two further Group Twos featuring on the opening card.

Here are my best betting tips for Tuesday's ITV races.

1:50pm Goodwood - Chesterfield Cup Handicap Tips

Day one of Glorious Goodwood opens with an excellent ten-furlong handicap. John Smith's Cup winner, Enfjaar bids to make it three-from-three over ten furlongs, with Real Gain, Crack Shot and Bystander bringing strong form to the table too.

I'm going to chance my arm with KING'S CODE (33/1) at a lengthy price. David Evans' four-year-old progressed nicely during the all-weather season and has run with great credit in plenty of top handicaps since the turf season started.

King's Code's best effort came at York in May, where he chased home the classy Botanical to secure a runner-up effort. Evans has tried his star over a mile and 12 furlongs since then, but a-mile-and-a-quarter seems to be his optimum distance and talented claimer Sean Bowen comes in for the ride on Tuesday.

2:25pm Goodwood - Vintage Stakes Tips

Richard Hannon and Sean Levey teamed up to win last year's renewal of this Group Two with Haatem, and I'm going to keep the faith with AN OUTLAW'S GRACE (11/2) for that prolific combination.

I backed An Outlaw's Grace in the Prix Robert Papin, following an impressive maiden win at Salisbury. Levey's mount was a little keen at Chantilly and got squeezed out of contention when the leaders turned on the taps, but I was pleased to see An Outlaw's Grace stay on well to finish a close fourth.

Dandy Man is known for producing sprinters, but there is stamina in the dam's side of the breeding and An Outlaw's Grace has done his best work in the latter stages of both races so far. I fancy he'll take well to this step up in trip.

3:00pm Goodwood - Lennox Stakes Tips

There should be stacks of early pace in this year's Lennox Stakes. Lockinge winner, Audience will look to make all dropping down in trip. Noble Dynasty won't be too far away, with Art Power and Pogo both likely to go forward too.

Kinross and Tiber Flow will both relish a solid pace. Quickening ground, however, isn't ideal for the favourite, and Tiber Flow has copped a potentially tricky draw in stall one.

ENGLISH OAK (7/2) travelled brilliantly behind a red-hot pace in the Buckingham Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot, before pounding three lengths clear on the run to the line. Ed Walker's four-year-old is moving rapidly in the right direction and James Doyle's mount has been drawn kindly in stall four. He'll be my selection in a fascinatingly open contest.
