17 horses remain in contention for the 2025 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, following the seven-day declaration stage on Monday.

Last year's runner-up, Aventure is one of 17 horses who stood their ground in the latest stage of Arc declarations. Christophe Ferland's filly tops the current Arc betting alongside Aidan O'Brien's triple Oaks winner Minnie Hauk, who will be supplemented into the race by Ballydoyle on Wednesday.

Three Japanese superstars will contest Sunday's main event, after Croix Du Nord, Byzantine Dream and Alohi Alii remained in the field. Along with Minnie Hauk, O'Brien will be represented again by Los Angeles, who placed third behind Bluestocking and Aventure in the 2024 renewal.

Last year's beaten favourite, Sosie will return for another crack, alongside stablemate and talented three-year-old Cualificar. Francis Graffard will be represented by two leading three-year-olds in Daryz and Gezora. Prix Jean Romanet winner, Quisisana will also represent Graffard, with Leffard and Arrow Eagle also flying the flag for France in Sunday's main event.

The leading British contender is Andrew Balding's Kalpana. David O'Meara has left Estrange in the betting too, but both could be rerouted to the Champion Fillies & Mares Stakes on Champions Day should the ground at Longchamp come up unfavourably quick.

Giavellotto, who beat Kalpana in the recent September Stakes, seems likely to represent Marco Botti at Longchamp on Sunday. The Arc entries are completed by John Murphy's White Birch, and Jessica Harrington's Hotazhell.
