2025 Cheveley Park Stakes Entries
Royal Fixation tops the betting for Saturday's opening Group One, following her hard-fought triumph in the Lowther Stakes at York. Richard Hughes' America Queen ran a blinder to finish second that day - on what was just her second career start - and Billy Loughnane has already been confirmed in her saddle.
Aidan O'Brien's team will be captained by Royal Ascot winner True Love, who was beaten at 1/4 on her most recent outing in the Phoenix Stakes. Wayne Lordan rides the Queen Mary winner, with Tom Marquand partnering stablemate Beautify, following her impressive runner-up effort in the Moyglare Stud Stakes at the Curragh.
Oisin Murphy will reprise his partnership with Hugo Palmer's Group Three winner, Fitzella. Donnacha O'Brien sends Listed winner, Havana Anna over to Britain for the first time. Rod Millman's Super Sprint and Dick Poole winner, Anthelia could have her first outing in Group One company.
Dick Poole runner-up, Orion's Belt has been confirmed in the field by Richard Hannon. Golden Palace, seventh in that Group Three at Salisbury, completes the line-up.

A really fascinating contest. Royal Fixation was impressive when seeing off America Queen in the Lowther, and she could take another big step forward. As could Beautify - despite a poor draw in stall one - who had been off the track for a while prior to her runner-up effort in the Moylgare.
One who I feel has been a little overlooked is ANTHELIA (20/1). Rod Millman's filly has risen to the big occasions a few times this season, winning the National Stakes, the Super Sprint at Newbury and the Dick Poole on her most recent start at Salisbury.
I was worried that the soft ground at Salisbury would blunt Anthelia's finishing speed. Yet, Lewis Edmunds' mount travelled comfortably behind the pace-setting Orion's Belt, and sped into the lead in the final furlong.
Orion's Belt has been drawn next to Anthelia again, and the front-running Fitzella should ensure that this is run at a decent pace. Anthelia clearly has a good amount of class, and her consistency could be rewarded with some valuable Group One prize money.
