Following on from a bumper Friday, ITV viewers have got nine strong races to enjoy on Saturday afternoon. The Dewhurst and Cesarewitch will take place at Newmarket, as York chips in with four competitive contests.

ITV Racing Tips - Saturday 14th October
Race 1 - Rockingham Stakes Tips
Soft ground form will be important all over the country on Saturday. TROPICAL ISLAND (12/1) dealt with very soft going to win well on debut at Ripon and has bounced back from a poor run at Glorious Goodwood with two fine efforts.
Richard Fahey's colt lost out to Government Call by just a head on his third start and went on to make a winning handicap debut over this course-and-distance last month. Tropical Island looks ready for this step up in grade and he certainly seems to have been overlooked in the market.
Race 2 - Autumn Stakes Tips
Neither Charlie Appleby's nor Aidan O'Brien's runners appeal to me in this Group Three, so I'll take the market leaders on with ARABIC LEGEND (9/2), who ran out an impressive winner on debut at Newmarket in July.
Andrew Balding's colt was then beaten by Arabian Crown in the Stonehenge Stakes at Salisbury, but Sean Levey's mount still looked green that day and lost nothing in defeat. Arabic Legend should have improved for that effort and there's enough evidence in his breeding to suggest that he'll deal with the conditions.

Race 4 - Sprint Trophy Tips
Chances can be given to plenty in this sprint handicap and I fancy an each-way punt on MAGICAL SPIRIT (33/1) at lengthy odds. Kevin Ryan's sprinter is a four-time winner on soft ground and has already run well twice here at York this season, finishing third behind Bielsa in May before a four-length defeat to Aberama Gold in July.
Tom Eaves' mount struggled on his most recent run in the Ayr Gold Cup, but I'm hopeful of a more competitive performance from Magical Spirit this weekend.
We'll switch over to ITV4 for the remaining four races on Saturday's schedule. I haven't got a strong opinion on any of the runners in this maiden, but if Hugo Palmer has got £125k purchase WONDER KID (8/1) ready to roll first time out, then this son of Belardo could make a winning debut.
Race 7 - Zetland Stakes Tips
If Arabic Legend boosts the Stonehenge Stakes form in the Autumn Stakes at 1:25pm, then Arabian Crown's price will only contract further. At the prices, I'll take a chance on DAMBUSTER (5/1), who overcame trouble in running to strike on debut at Sandown.
Oisin Murphy got to work on his mount early, as he raced lazily at the rear of the field. Once Dambuster found his stride, he powered into contention down the inside of the field and held on to snatch a narrow victory over a subsequent winner and the odds-on favourite.
Dambuster's full sister, Boomer was a precocious juvenile, who had no trouble seeing out a mile as a two-year-old. From what we saw at Sandown, 10 furlongs could bring out further improvement in this Kingman colt.
Race 8 - Bet Bundles Handicap Tips
I'm happy to take a chance on BATEMANS BAY (14/1), who was well-beaten in a Listed race on his first start for Kevin Ryan three weeks ago.
Batemans Bay was highly-tried by Ralph Beckett after an impressive maiden win last season, finishing down the field in the Queen's Vase on his only previous start this term. Ryan's recruit will now make his handicap debut off a decent opening mark of 97 and three-year-olds have a very good recent record in this classy handicap.
Race 9 - Darley Stakes Tips
With ground conditions in his favour and the extra furlong likely to suit, I'm really hoping to see the talented KNIGHT (7/2) claim a much-deserved victory.
After a tricky start to the season, Knight has been narrowly beaten on his last two starts, losing out to classy older rivals in Angel Bleu and Chindit at Goodwood and Sandown. Cheek-pieces helped James Doyle's mount settle better in the Fortune Stakes and the Crisfords have kept the headgear in-place. Knight could be hard to beat if he sees out this new distance.
