The Dublin Racing Festival is set for an exciting showcase with Willie Mullins poised for dominance. Slotting notable horses like State Man, Lossiemouth, Ballyburn, and Gaelic Warrior into top races, punters and bookmakers, particularly Ladbrokes, are anticipating a commanding performance. Key races include the Irish Champion Hurdle and Ladbrokes Dublin Chase. With prospects favoring Mullins’ entries, and odds highlighting Ballyburn at 8/11 and Gaelic Warrior at 4/5, the festival could cement Mullins’ stature further. Bookmakers Ladbrokes are strapping in for more Willie Mullins dominance at Leopardstown on Sunday, after the fields for day two of the Dublin Racing Festival were confirmed.

In the Irish Champion Hurdle, Paul Townend has opted to ride defending champion State Man, despite his poor performance in the Savills Hurdle over Christmas. Having initially jocked up his son Patrick, Willie then changed his mind and chose Danny Mullins to partner with Lossiemouth, who remains the odds-on favourite for Sunday's Grade One feature.

With the Ladbrokes Novice Chase and the Ladbrokes Dublin Chase both taking place this weekend, the bookies currently have Ballyburn priced at 8/11 to win the former, while Gaelic Warrior remains the clear 4/5 favourite in the latter.

Lossiemouth is best-priced at 8/13 with Ladbrokes, and punters are keen on the three odds-on shots all landing, currently around 4/1 (treble).

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "Some huge names will be on display at Leopardstown this weekend, and all eyes are on more Willie Mullins domination, with punters seemingly convinced Ballyburn, Gaelic Warrior and Lossiemouth will all live up to their odds-on tags on Sunday."

Some punters are adding Kopek Des Bordes, now odds-on to win the Grade One Novice Hurdle on day two, into that double to boost the odds. That we can say for sure is, Willie Mullins looks set for another all-conquering Dublin Racing Festival this weekend.
