Vaal Tips on November 3rd - Best Bets and Predictions
Vaal racecourse hosts a notable meeting on Thursday 8th October, with Tu Giusto highlighted as the best bet in Race 2. She impressed last time over 1450m, and the form has since been boosted by a subsequent winner. The step up to 1800m is expected to suit her well. Other selections include Secret Getaway in Race 3, Top Floor in Race 4, Moana in Race 7, and Gimme Sunshine in Race 8, each supported by recent performances or course suitability, though some face new distance or class challenges.
- We bring you Magic Tips' best bets at Vaal races on Tuesday 3rd November
- Tu Giusto and Moana are tipped to win
Vaal racecourse hosts a decent card today, with the first race set to go off at 10:25am (UK Time). To help you try and find a few winners, here are Magic Tips' South African Horse Racing selections this morning.
Vaal Races Tips - Tuesday 3rd November
Race 2 - TU GIUSTO (8)
TU GIUSTO is the top bet on the programme. She raced from a handy position over 1450m on the TAB Turffontein Inside course last time before getting caught late by Oh La Amour. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. The daughter of Legislate will love the rise to 1800m and she should strip fitter. With luck in running, she should be the one to beat.
Race 3 - SECRET GETAWAY (6)
SECRET GETAWAY made the natural improvement when second over 1600m on the TAB Turffontein Inside course last time. He set the pace that day before getting outrun late. It must be noted that the horse that finished third has come out and won since. The son of Gimmethegreenlight steps up to 1800m and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, he can go one better.
Race 4 - TOP FLOOR (1)
TOP FLOOR ran a creditable race when third behind Aladdin’s Lamp over this distance at TAB Turffontein last time. He set the pace and stayed on at the business end. The son of Rafeef won his only attempt on this course. 2.5kgs claiming Apprentice Jacey Botes retains the ride and the combination may find themselves in the winner’s enclosure.
Race 7 - MOANA (5)
MOANA took her chances in the Grade 1 World Pool Moment Of The Day Premiers Champion Stakes last time. She returns from a 14-week break and makes her seasonal debut. Her two previous victories over this distance were impressive. The daughter of New Predator looks to have class about her and if fit, she can win.
Race 8 - GIMME SUNSHINE (2)
GIMME SUNSHINE was given a peach of a ride when winning her maiden over this distance at Hollywoodbets Greyville. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight had to overcome the widest draw and showed a good turn of foot. She does take on stronger, but is a filly with plenty of scope and should be up to the task at hand.
Verdict
Tu Giusto (Race 2) is Magic Tips' best bet of the day at Vaal on Tuesday.
