2024 1000 Guineas Odds - Ylang Ylang leads Fallen Angel in Newmarket betting

Here's the latest 1000 Guineas betting and a look through the most likely runners.

Heading the market for the first fillies' Classic of the season is Ylang Ylang, who was last seen scoring in the Fillies' Mile here at Newmarket. Karl Burke's Fallen Angel sits second in the market, having beaten her Irish rivals in the Moyglare Stakes back in the Spring.

Charlie Appleby and William Buick will team up with unbeaten Oh So Sharp Stakes winner, Dance Sequence. Paddy Twomey said he is yet to decide what Classic to target with One Look, following her easy reappearance win in an Auction Stakes race at Cork.

Fillies' Mile Stakes third, See The Fire has been handed a Classic entry by Andrew Balding. We could also have French representation in this year's 1000 Guineas, after Christopher Head entered Grade Two winner Ramateulle.

Along with Ylang Ylang, Aiden O'Brien has handed entries to Group winners Content and Matrika. Cinderella's Dream and Devoted Queen could join stablemate Dance Sequence in this Classic. Porta Fortuna, Purple Lily, Regal Jubilee, Skellet and Darnation could also take part at the Guineas Festival.
