2024 King Charles III Stakes Entries

Bradsell was just the fourth three-year-old to win the King's Stand this century when he scored 12 months ago. Breeders' Cup Juvenile winner, Big Evs will attempt to repeat that feat and Mick Appleby's star sprinter tops the market, following an impressive reappearance win in the Westow Stakes at York.

Ed Bethell's Sprint Cup winner, Regional could drop back down to the minimum distance, following a runner-up finish in the Greenaldns Stakes on his return to action. Sitting third in the market is Henry Dwyer's Australian raider Asfoora, who placed fourth behind Kerdos on his British debut in the Temple Stakes last month.

Tom Clover's Rogue Lightning could represent Wathnan Racing. As could US filly Crimson Advocate, who was snapped up by the big-spending Bahrainian owners after he victory in the Queen Mary Stakes 12 months ago. Achilles Stakes winner, Believing could also feature in the field.

Clive Cox's Kerdos and Greenland Stakes winner, Mitbaahy have also been handed Royal Ascot entries. Lacken Stakes winner, Bucanero Fuerte and last year's Lowther Stakes heroine, Relief Rally could bolster the three-year-old contingent.

Henry Candy's Twilight Calls will return for his third crack at this Group One, having finished second and fourth in the previous two renewals. Other likely runners include Dilligent Harry for Clive Cox, Ken Condon's raider Moss Tucker, Charlie Hill's six-year-old Equality, and Adrian Murray's Valiant Force, who won the Norfolk Stakes at odds of 150/1 at last year's meeting.
