2024 Queen Anne Stakes Entries
The new favourite for this year's Royal Ascot opener is Inspiral, who was touched off by Triple Time in this race 12 months ago and finished fourth in the Lockinge Stakes on her return to action. French raider, Facteur Cheval had topped the early betting, but Jerome Reynier's Dubai Turf winner has been on the slide this week.
Charyn will make his fourth start of the season, having followed wins at Doncaster and Sandown with a runner-up finish in the Lockinge. The surprise winner of that Group One at Newbury, Audience also features in the field.
Quddwah will put his unbeaten record on the line as the Crisford's gelding steps into Group One company. William Haggas' Maljoom could also carry Sheikh Ahmed Al Maktoum's colours into the opener on day one of Royal Ascot, where he could be joined in the field by Britannia winner, Docklands.
Like Inspiral, Big Rock will be looking to bounce back from a poor reappearance in the Lockinge. Fellow French raider and recent Prix d'Ispahan placer, Dolayli has also been handed an entry by Francis-Henri Graffard.
Other possible Royal Ascot runners include Diomed Stakes winner Royal Scotsman, multiple Graded winner Poker Face, Joseph O'Brien's recruit Rogue Millennium, and Archie Watson's globe-trotting four-year-old, Brave Emperor.
