Saturday's Tips
Ascot Racecourse stages its biggest meeting of the National Hunt season on Saturday, where the Ascot Chase headlines a quality card. Along with five live races from Ascot, ITV viewers will enjoy three strong races from Haydock on Grand National Trial day and the Kingwell Hurdle live from Wincanton.
Here are my best betting tips for Saturday's ITV races at Ascot, Haydock and Wincanton.

ITV Racing Tips - Saturday 15th February
1:15pm Ascot - Handicap Hurdle Tips
Joyeuse's victory in the William Hill Handicap Hurdle last weekend has seen Wodhooh backed into favouritism for the Martin Pipe at the Cheltenham Festival. Wodhooh beat Joyeuse at Cheltenham earlier in the season, with future Grade Two winners Take No Chances and Royal Margaux back in third and fourth.
MOLTO BENE (20/1) crossed the line seven lengths behind Wodhooh in seventh, having found herself a little outpaced earlier in the contest. Charlie Longsdon's mare had kicked off her campaign with an impressive win at Chepstow over Loverdose, who won going into that race and has scored twice since.
Lilly Pinchin's mount ran poorly on her most recent outing at Southwell, which was a surprise considering she went off as the 5/2 favourite. Longsdon has given Molto Bene 45 days to recover from that effort and I'm intrigued to see what she'll produce on her first start over three miles.
1:36pm Wincanton - Kingwell Hurdle Tips
With the weights in her favour and a hot pace likely to be provided by Burdett Road, GOLDEN ACE (11/4) looks the bet in this year's Kingwell. Jeremy Scott's mare claimed two impressive victories at Taunton last term, before beating Brighterdaysahead in the Mares' Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
Although she followed that victory with a Listed triumph over two-and-a-half miles in April, Golden Ace hasn't seen out that distance on her two starts in Grade Twos this term. Scott's stable star wasn't beaten far behind Lucky Place in either of those races, but couldn't utilise her turn-of-foot as well as she did over the minimum distance last season.
Dropping back in trip looks to be a shrewd move and I don't think any softening in the ground would hamper her challenge. Golden Ace can bounce back to winning ways!
1:50pm Ascot - Reynoldstown Novices' Chase Tips
Even under that five pound penalty for winning the rearranged Hampton at Windsor, JINGKO BLUE (11/8) should prove extremely hard to beat.
Nicky Henderson's star travelled comfortably behind Lowry's Bar throughout that Grade Two. An error at the second-last from the leader allowed Jingko Blue to hit the front and Nico De Boinville gave him just one crack of the whip to put the race to bed.
Lowry's Bar has a five-pound pull at the weights, but the track at Ascot and better ground will both suit Nicky Henderson's favourite better. I'm in no hurry to side against the market leader.
2:05pm Haydock - Veterans' Handicap Chase Tips
No bet for me here, happy to leave the Veterans races alone.
2:25pm Ascot - Handicap Hurdle Tips
Plenty enter this competitive handicap hurdle with genuine chances. Classic King and Country Park were high on my list, but in the end I've landed on PATRIOTIK (15/2) for the in-form Evan Williams.
A winner on heavy ground at Ffos Las in March, Patriotik finished fifth in a red-hot handicap at Chepstow on his reappearance, before unseating early in the Stayers' Handicap Hurdle on Betfair Chase day. Isabel Williams' mount then went down fighting behind Red Dirt Road at Aintree, and the winner boosted that form by bolting up in the Heroes Handicap Hurdle next time out.
The third-place horse from that Aintree race has won since too, making the mere two pound rise that Patriotik received seem rather lenient. Williams may prefer the ground to be a little softer at Ascot, but there's no denying that his six-year-old is extremely well-handicapped.
2:40pm Haydock - Rendlesham Hurdle Tips
While Beauport looks to have a huge chance following his effort in the Long Walk, 15/8 looks like a rather skimpy price to me. Botox Has and Nemean Lion are obvious players, but there are question marks next to both and nothing else in the field holds any appeal. I'll leave this one alone too.
3:00pm Ascot - Swinley Handicap Chase Tips
Does Victtorino just win again? He looks to have a very good chance after the handicapper upped his rating by just three pounds following that victory in the Silver Cup.
The market leader does, however, have a strong field to contend with. Hasthing and Terresita bring winning form to the table, Snipe is a lurking danger at the bottom of the weights, and the likes of Threeunderthrufive, Annsam, Wiseguy and Highstakesplayer cannot be ruled out completely. I'll leave this one alone.
3:15pm Haydock - Grand National Trial Tips
The presence of two-time Betfair Chase winner, Royale Pagaille in this field leaves a good chunk of the entrants running from outside of the handicap. One who doesn't is last year's winner YEAH MAN (11/2), who'll actually be carrying four pounds less on his back than 12 months ago, despite running off an 11 pound higher mark.
Gavin Cromwell's raider was good value for his victory here last year, where he travelled and jumped brilliantly before idling a little out in front. Yeah Man has placed in both the Troytown and the Thyestes on his two starts this season and returns to Haydock with Cromwell's horses in excellent form. He should be the clear favourite.
