2022 Ryanair Chase Entries - Allaho tops 36-strong list of entries

Topping the Ryanair Chase entries is defending champion Allaho, who ran his rivals ragged with a stunning display of front-running 12 months ago. Willie Mullins has handed Allaho entries in both the Champion Chase and the Gold Cup, but a return to the Ryanair looks the most obvious target.

Allaho could be joined in the field by stablemates Astrion Forlonge, Janidil, Melon, Royal Rendezvous, Cilaos Emery, Franco De Port and Blackbow. Mullins has also entered Energumene, Chacun Pour Soi and Tornado Flyer, but they could be heading for other targets.

Henry De Bromhead has handed entries to Envoi Allen, Put The Kettle On, Notebook and current Gold Cup favourite, A Plus Tard. Last year's runner-up, Fakir D'Oudairies could appear again for Joseph O'Brien, while Gordon Elliott has Conflated, Battleoverdoyen and Samcro.

Saint Calvados is the highest-placed of the British entrants in the current betting. Paul Nicholls could also run Simply The Betts, Hitman and Rouge Vif. Other notable entrants for day three of the 2022 Cheltenham Festival include Jeremy Scott's Dashel Drasher, Shan Blue for the Skeltons, former Gold Cup runner-up Lostintranslation, and Nicky Henderson's duo of Fusil Raffles and Mister Fisher.
