ITV Racing Tips on August 30th - Sunday's tips for Beverley and Goodwood
Sunday's ITV Racing features an exciting lineup from Goodwood and Beverley, with the broadcast capturing the best races including the Prestige Fillies' Stakes and Beverley Bullet Sprint. Sunday's Tips
For the second time this weekend, the ITV Racing team will pitch up at Goodwood, ready to capture the best of the action on Prestige Stakes day. Along with a handful of races from the Sussex venue, Sunday's viewers will enjoy a couple of strong races from Beverley, including the popular Beverley Bullet Sprint.
I'm away this weekend, so I'm getting my selections in nice and early. Here are my best betting tips for Sunday's ITV races at Alpha Crucis and Light Of Dawn.

ITV Racing Tips - Sunday 30th August
1:40pm Beverley - Silver Cup Handicap Tips
Charlie Johnston won the inaugural running of the Silver Cup two years ago, and SHOOF BAEED (6/1) looks to have a leading chance in Sunday's renewal.
Johnston's colt made a winning racecourse debut at Redcar in June, before struggling under a penalty in a very hot maiden at Doncaster the following month. Johnston dropped Shoof Baeed back to ten furlongs for his handicap debut at Pontefract, where Callum Shepherd's mount finished a good third behind favourite High Degree and the experienced Financer.
Shoof Baeed got a little outpaced turning for home that day, but hit the line strong to finish just two lengths behind the winner. Johnston's colt has improved with each of his three starts, and remains on the same mark for Sunday's trip to Beverley.
2:00pm Goodwood - Virgin Bet Handicap Tips
A significant amount of rain has been forecast to fall at Goodwood on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, meaning the going in Sussex is sure to ease from its current Good-To-Firm.
Softer ground conditions would certainly suit ALPHA CRUCIS (12/1). Gary and Josh Moore have been desperate to run their two-time course winner here at Goodwood this season, but have twice been forced to withdraw their gelding due to fast ground conditions.
Alpha Crucis has only run twice so far this term, finishing fifth in the Lincoln and fifth again behind Sallaal on Epsom Derby day. Despite technically placing in both of those valuable races, the handicapper has dropped his mark by two pounds for those efforts, and this hardy handicapper is more than classy enough to contend under 9-12 in this Class 3 contest.

2:35pm Goodwood - Virgin Bet Daily Price Boosts Handicap Tips
Softer ground at Goodwood on Sunday could spark a return to form for INVICTUS GOLD (20/1), who ran his best race of the season on soft ground at Epsom's Derby Festival.
Tom Clover's four-year-old ran a screamer that day to finish second behind last week's Constantine Handicap winner Sondad, who was getting seven pounds from the runner-up at the weights. Invictus Gold then missed the break on much faster ground at Windsor, and trailed home next to last after another slow start in the Stewards' Cup.
Invictus Gold is dropping back down towards his last winning mark, and slower ground should help him get off to a better start at the weekend. David Egan has already been confirmed in the saddle, and I'd be surprised if you could get anything like 20/1 when we reach Sunday's big sprint handicap.
3:10pm Goodwood - Prestige Fillies' Stakes Tips
Aperoll is favourite to follow in the footsteps of last year's winner Precise, who went on to claim multiple Group Ones and a Classic following her victory in this Group Three. Richard Hannon's favourite snatched a narrow victory in the Star Stakes over market rival Bayside View. Being by Bayside Boy, I wouldn't be surprised if Michael Bell's filly was able to reverse that form on softer ground.
LIGHT OF DAWN (6/1) handled soft ground well when making a winning debut at Carlisle in June. Karl Burke's filly then ran a mighty race to finish third in the Albany Stakes just two weeks later, crossing the line just two lengths adrift of Libertango and Sun Goddess.
James Doyle's mount was a little too keen when third on her most recent start in the Prix de Cabourg. The winner that day, Kosuma, has since finished third in the Prix Morny, and the second ran well in the Lowther, so that form looks pretty strong too. That Royal Ascot effort is probably the best single piece of form on offer here, and Light Of Dawn seems ready for this step up to seven furlongs.
