The most successful horse in the history of the Durban July, Do It Again will have his final racetrack appearance in Saturday's main event.

Justin Snaith's star won his first Durban July as a three-year-old back in 2018, before successfully defending his crown at Greyville 12 months later. Do It Again then finished third behind stablemate Belgarion in the 2020, fourth behind Kommetdieding in 2021 and fourth again behind Sparkling Water 12 months ago.

Snaith's eight-year-old has been showing his age this season, with a third-place finish in the Pinnacle Stakes his best result thus far. However, given his incredible record in this historic handicap, Gavin Lerena's mount simply cannot be ruled out.

Do It Again will wear the number six saddle cloth, having been drawn in stall six when the stalls were allocated. Lerena will also be wearing the yellow and blue silks of owners Messrs N Jonsson & B Kantor & Nancy Hossack.
