Racing fans will look to Deauville for their fix of top-level action on Sunday. Two important Group One races will be run at the coastal course, along with a couple of valuable Group Twos.

Here are our best betting tips for the three big races at Deauville on Sunday.

2:50pm Deauville - Prix Morny Tips

I'm surprised to see Ryan Moore riding Man's Best Friend over Great Barrier Reef. I thought Aidan O'Brien's colt was really good when winning the Coventry, and the form of Man's Best Friend's win at Goodwood is fairly suspect. The fact that Great Barrier Reef has been off the track since Royal Ascot suggests that there's been a hold-up, and Moore's choice is another negative against his chances.

Orthodox tops this betting heat, but has to prove that he stays six furlongs. SENORITO BONITA (4/1) scored over this distance on her most recent outing at the July Festival, and she could become the fifth filly to win this Group One since 2016.

Simon and Ed Crisford's filly snatched a narrow victory on debut at Nottingham, before running a cracker when second to Victorious in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot. Senorito Bonita then travelled powerfully throughout the Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes at Newmarket, seeing out the six furlongs strongly to beat favourite Libertango.

George Boughey's filly bounced back with an impressive victory in the Lowther Stakes earlier this week, where Libertango looked a level or two above her competition. That was a huge form boost for Senorito Bonita, and Oisin Murphy will be delighted with his draw in stall three. Starspangledbanner's progeny do handle soft ground, and there's plenty on the dam's side of Senorito Bonita's breeding to suggest that she'll be fine on juicy turf.

3:25pm Deauville - Prix Jean et Louis Romanet Tips

I'm not expecting Diamond Necklace to be beaten on Sunday. She's clearly an outstanding three-year-old, and softer ground will suit. I also don't think she'll go down the Arc route, with a tilt at the Opera much more likely, before a trip to Keeneland for the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf.

Of those sitting at longer prices, I thought REBEL MOON (18/1) shaped with great promise when fourth in the Irish Oaks.

Joey Sheridan held his mount up out the back, as stablemate Johanna Walsh made the running. Rebel Moon had to circumnavigate the entire field to challenge, but came there swinging upon entering the home straight. At one point, Rebel Moon was only a couple of lengths adrift of Johanna Walsh, but as the leader kicked into overdrive, Sheridan's mount ran out of petrol, and was relegated to fourth as Inis Mor and Sparan Nua made their late challenges.

Rebel Moon went into that Irish Classic on the back of a maiden win on soft ground and a narrow Group Three success over ten furlongs. Dylan Browne McMonagle's mount wasn't ready for a mile-and-a-half at the Curragh, but this distance will be much more to her liking, and Joseph O'Brien's progressive filly has already proven that she can handle this sort of surface.
