Kempton staged a cracking card on Saturday, featuring four Graded races. Performance of the day went to Tritonic, who was cut into 4/1 for the 2021 Triumph Hurdle after bolting up in the Adonis Hurdle.

Tamaroc Du Mathan lived up to his short price-tag to win the Pendil Novices' Chase. Clondaw Castle impressed on his three-miler debut when winning the Close Brothers Handicap Chase.

11/1 shot Hometown Boy won the opening Handicap Hurdle. My Way completed a double on the day for Paul Nicholls in the penultimate handicap chase, before Guardino closed the card with a solid bumper win.

Emmett Mullins improved his excellent strike rate in Britain, as his raider Cape Gentleman held off Calico to win the Dovecote Novices' Hurdle. Cape Gentleman was then cut into 25/1 for the Ballymore, and 33/1 Albert Bartlett by Paddy Power.
