An incredible 15th victory in a stakes race for REBEL'S ROMANCE, who grinds out a terrific victory in the Hardwicke Stakes and ends Charlie Appleby's losing run at Royal Ascot.
Space Legend set a fast early pace, which suited William Buick's mount, who outstayed Al Riffa and Ghostwriter to secure yet another victory.

A Group One winner at Royal Ascot for France, as LAZZAT makes most and holds on gamely to score!
The Japanese raider, Satono Reve was the last off the bridle, but could never pass Jerome Reynier's sprinter. The top two pulled some way clear of Flora Of Bermuda, with Nighteyes running a blinder to finish fourth.

Wathnan claim more success with Best Secret back in third place, with the leading trio finishing some way clear of Glen To Glen.

Lovely to see King Charles III and Queen Camilla attend all five days of Royal Ascot again. I think they quite enjoyed it, despite the lack of a Royal winner.
I doubt the bookies will continue offer betting markets on the Queen's hat at Royal Ascot, though. Apart from day two, they were all very similar π©
