Another brilliant Glorious Goodwood meeting gets underway on Tuesday. The card on day one is headlined by the Group One Goodwood Cup, a race that has been won by all of flat racing's most famous stayers.

2023 Goodwood Cup Entries
After leading three-year-old Gregory was removed from the field, stablemate Courage Mon Ami moved to the head of the Goodwood Cup betting. John and Thady Gosden's filly has enjoyed a meteoric rise to the head of the staying ranks, having beaten most of the rivals she faces on Tuesday in the Ascot Gold Cup.
Coltrane followed Courage Mon Ami home at Royal Ascot and currently sits second behind Gregory in the market. Emily Dickinson bounced back from a fourth-place finish at Ascot by winning the Curragh Cup ten days ago. She's one of two entrants for Aidan O'Brien, with William Buick riding stablemate Broome.
Eldar Eldarov has been handed a Glorious Goodwood entry, despite an underwhelming performance in the Ascot Gold Cup. Marco Botti has entered Giavellotto, who hasn't been seen since his narrow victory in the Yorkshire Cup.
Hughie Morrison's Quickthorn and Ralph Beckett's Lone Eagle could be charged with making the running. Other Goodwood entrants include Roger Teal's Ocean Wind, Tashkhan for Brian Ellison and Ian Williams' Enemy.
