Here's how you can watch the 2026 Grand National live on television, or streamed on a mobile or tablet.

One of the world's most famous sporting events takes place this afternoon, as many of the world's best National Hunt horses take part in the 2026 Grand National.

There's a strong supporting line-up at Aintree on Grand National day. Three Grade One races will be run at Aintree, with strong fields declared for the Maghull Novices' Chase, the Mersey Novices' Hurdle and the Liverpool Hurdle. Then, at 4:00pm, 34 top chasers will approach the starters flag ahead of the 4m2f Grand National.

Grand National 2026 - Television Schedule

Viewers in Britain will be able to watch the 2026 Grand National live on ITV1, with online coverage available via ITVX. Racing TV will also broadcast every race from the Aintree Festival across the three-day meeting. In Ireland, the race is expected to be available through Virgin Media One as well as Racing TV.

Around the world, the Grand National is likely to be shown by a range of broadcasters. FanDuel is expected to carry the race in the United States, while Viaplay and Setanta are among the networks likely to show it in various European countries.

SuperSport is expected to provide coverage in Africa, FanCode in India, and SPOTV and TVRI in parts of Asia. In Latin America and the Caribbean, ESPN and Disney+ are among the platforms expected to televise the race, although broadcast rights may differ between territories.
