The final confirmed field for the 2025 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe

On Thursday morning, 18 runners were confirmed in the final field for the 2025 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, and the draw was made at Paris-Longchamp.

Here's a look through the confirmed runners for Sunday's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, and the draw in full.

A single-figure draw is usually highly beneficial in the Arc. Over three-quarters of the winners in the last 20 years have come from stall eight or lower.

Aidan O'Brien and Christophe Soumillon will have been delighted to see Minnie Hauk placed in stall one. Last year's runner-up, Aventure didn't fare as well, after being placed in stall 12. Daryz and Sosie were placed alongside Minnie Hauk in stalls two and three.

The Japanese raiders came out of Thursday's draw in poor shape. Croix Du Nord was placed in the penultimate stall in 17, with Oisin Murphy and Byzantine Dream springing from stall 15. The third Japanese runner, Alohi Alii did well to land a low draw in stall four.

Giavellotto was placed in stall five, but might not take his chance if the ground comes up soft. David O'Meara's first Arc runner, Estrange landed the worst draw of all in stall 18. Gezora, Los Angeles and Arrow Eagle also landed wide draws.

Connections of Leffard and Quisisana will have been pleased with single-figure draws. Cualificar was placed in stall eight, with White Birch one stall wider in nine. Kalapana and Hotazhell were placed in stalls 10 and 11.
