Happy Valley Best Bet - Race 3 No. 2 Supreme Agility
Supreme Agility has carried 61kg in all three of his Class 4 appearances, so comes in better placed here with 59kg. He arrives off a solid September 9 trial and looks well set up for this.
His form was mixed in Class 3 company last season, but his best runs clearly showed he’s capable of claiming one at this level. On debut in the grade he was wide without cover and gave 8kg to the winner yet still surged for second.
He was also third in his latest Class 4 attempt and should’ve finished closer in a race where SJ Tourbillon completed a hat-trick.
Well treated here and with the benefit of a prep trial, he looks the one to beat.

Happy Valley Roughie - Race 5 No. 7 Power Summit
Power Summit showed little on debut in July over 1000m, but he was always chasing from the rear and made some late inroads.
He has since trialled well on August 29, producing his best piece of work since arriving in Hong Kong. The rise to 1200m first-up looks far more suitable.
Andrea Atzeni takes the ride fresh, and the jockey arrives in form having landed a winning double at Sha Tin on Sunday.
In a Class 4 sprint that lacks depth outside of the favourite, he could improve sharply at odds.

Happy Valley Next Best Bet - Race 6 No. 2 King Lotus
King Lotus broke through stylishly at his second start in May, scoring over this track and trip with three subsequent winners coming from that race.
His May 31 run was better than it looks, where he was set an impossible task from well back in the field but still made ground.
He trialled well recently when finishing third, showing he’s forward enough for this return.
With a middle draw to find his rhythm and a good tempo expected, this lightly raced four-year-old appeals first-up.

Happy Valley Favourite - Race 7 No. 7 Friends Of Shajing
Friends Of Shajing was a dominant Irish maiden winner before being sold to Hong Kong last year. He made a big impression on debut here July 9 in a similar event.
Over the sharp 1000m at Happy Valley, not many come from the back, but he charged home impressively and looks capable of settling closer this time.
A recent trial suggested more tactical speed, which adds to his appeal.
Danny Shum has his team in good order with recent wins at both Happy Valley and Sha Tin, and this galloper looks well placed to continue that form.
