Christmas is an incredibly busy period in the racing calendar, both in Britain and across the pond in Ireland.
The King George VI Chase is one of four Grade One races that will be staged at Kempton Park on Boxing Day. Racing continues at Kempton on the 27th, with the Welsh Grand National also taking place at Chepstow.
Later in the week, Newbury stages their lucrative Challow Hurdle card, before Cheltenham brings the festivities to a close with an excellent meeting on New Year's Day.
If that wasn't enough, racing fans have four fantastic days of racing to enjoy at the Leopardstown Christmas Festival. Eight Grade One races will take place during this four-day meeting, which kicks off at Leopardstown on Boxing Day.
