Having been backed into odds-on favouritism before the off, Inspiral ran out an impressive winner of this race 12 months ago, before going on to score at the Breeders' Cup. John and Thady Gosden's filly hasn't managed to add to her tally of Group One wins since and returns to Newmarket on the back of a third-place finish behind Charyn in the Jacques Le Marois.
Tamfana sits second in the market, having returned to a mile with a bang when bolting up in the Atalanta Stakes at Sandown. Fellow three-year-old See The Fire will also step back up into Group One company on the back of a victory, having struck in the Strensall Stakes at York last month.
