2024 Futurity Trophy Entries

Leading the way in the betting for Saturday's feature is James Owen's Wimbledon Hawkeye, who built on a runner-up finish to The Lion In Winter in the Acomb Stakes by landing the Royal Lodge Stakes at Newmarket. Aidan O'Brien's Delacroix will also step up into Group One company, having scored in the Autumn Stakes at Newmarket two weeks ago.

John and Thady Gosden will be represented by Detain, who is two-from-two on the all-weather at Kempton. Jessica Harrington, meanwhile, looks set to hand Hotazhell his British debut, following an impressive win in the Group Two Beresford Stakes.

Ralph Beckett has handed an entry to Solario Stakes runner-up Matauri Bay. Charlie Appleby and William Buick will team up with the unbeaten Anno Domini. Paul and Oliver Cole could run Seaplane, after he broke his duck with an emphatic maiden win at Newmarket.

Royal Playwright could renew rivalries with Wimbledon Hawkeye, having finished second to the favourite in the Royal Lodge. Hollie Doyle will ride the once-raced Nebras for owner Imad Alsagar. Joseph O'Brien holds two entries, with either Tennessee Stud or Apples And Bananas likely to make the trip over the Doncaster.

Along with Delacroix, Aidan O'Brien has handed entries to Monumental, Trinity College, Ismbard Brunel and Mississippi River. Other possible runners include Ralph Beckett's Seacruiser, Flying Scotsman winner Benevento, and Tom Clover's God Of War
